| Group Organizes Expansion Training for Fourth Group of Reserve Backbone |

In order to improve the comprehensive ability of reserve backbone of the Group, enhance the cohesion and the sense of belonging of young staff, the Party Committee of Group organized the fourth group of reserve backbone for one-day expansion training at a training base on November 11th. There were 19 backbones participating in the training.

| During the training, everyone broke their psychological barriers, challenged their physiological limit, cooperated sincerely, communicated actively and helped mutually, demonstrating the spirit of competitiveness and aggressiveness of the new generation, which was fully recognized and highly praised by the training teachers. |

| In addition, the members of the Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of the Group visited the trainees at the training base and gave credit for their excellent performance in the expansion training. |
